It is not very often that I order rolls from random places but this restaurant I had seen on Zomato with a decent rating. So I thought of ordering something and I saw Chicken Mughlai Roll as a bestseller on Zomato Order.
Chicken Mughlai Roll: I will start by describing the best part about this roll which is roti. It was made of maida and had a taste like the ones in streetside places which have fried maida paratha. The taste of this roti covering was excellent and reminded me of seekh paratha we get at a place near my house. I am getting those flavors in the mouth even while writing this review. The inside filling had typical Indian chicken dish flavors which were very good. But the bad part was the quality of the chicken used. It was chewy, hard and was easily getting stuck in my teeth. This is a very poor quality chicken they are using. I would have given this roll an excellent rating if the chicken was tender but I am not as they should improve on that. 3.5/5 on taste.
Double Omelette Chicken Roll: The roll had thick omelet inside which was bland in flavors. The chicken was again of poor quality, fibrous and sticking in the teeth. Flavors of sauces/ gravy were not much and the overall taste of the roll was average. 3/5 on taste.
Paneer Cheese Masala Roll: The roll was full of paneer pieces. There were caramelized onions and some masala in it. Also cheese in the wrap. Tasted together the roll tasted very good. The cheese was adding an additional punch to the roll. Paneer pieces were soft and very well cooked. The masala was not among the best ones I have had but it was still very good. The roti did not have much oil and was good in taste as well. 4/5 on taste.
Overall bad quality chicken has made me repulsive towards this restaurant and I would not like to order any chicken item from here ever.
